DESCRIPTION:Please join us for Friday morning bike rides around Lake Pewaukee from 7am – 9am. Get there early so you are ready to ride at 7am. We will ride until the temperatures drop below 45 degrees. Bring a helmet\, water bottle\, and brightly colored clothing. We have 12 recumbent tricycles for borrow if you do not have your own bike. DESCRIPTION:Led by Ricky Heldt\, a seasoned practitioner and educator in the realm of holistic wellness. With over 25 years of experience\, Ricky holds numerous certifications including IAYT Yoga Therapy\, Yoga Alliance 500 E-RYT\, Integrative Yoga Therapy\, and Astanga Yoga from the revered Sivananda Ashram in India. Additionally\, he is adept in chair yoga\, specialized in guiding those with Multiple Sclerosis & other Neurological Conditions. He is also a Reiki Master Instructor\, skilled in meditation\, and proficient in Tai Chi and teaches and practices Thai Yoga Massage. \n  \nThis is a 30 minute class focusing on stretching\, meditation\, and balance with flares of yoga and Tai Chi moves.

SUMMARY:Cardio Interval Class
DESCRIPTION:These classes are aimed to get everyone exercising together. Classes are intended to challenge participants by increasing and decreasing effort levels throughout the class in an “interval” format. Classes are no longer than 30 minutes. We’ll need help from volunteers before and after the cardio class on Wednesdays to get members on and off equipment. All are welcome and encouraged to join. \nLocation: in the big room using aerobic equipment in front of big TV \nPick your favorite piece of equipment to use\, bring a water bottle\, and arrive a few minutes early to get the equipment set up to your height.
