Tai Chi is led by a Ricky Heldt, a certified instructor. Classes will be held indoors our outdoors, depending on participants choice and weather. All ability levels are welcome and encouraged to join. For questions, reach out to openlotusyoga@yahoo.com
Seated balance class is open to any member who wishes to strengthen their upper body and core muscles while seated in a fun and challenging class. We use dumbbells or bands for added resistance. Email Kate at kborn1234@gmail.com with any questions.
This group is open to all members, volunteers, or caregivers. We meet weekly to share, pray and laugh together while we witness prayers being answered weekly. It’s truly amazing!
