Join us every Wednesday morning for community, group and individual exercise, and prayer group. Drop in as you please. Electrical stimulation therapy is availible. Drop in as you please. Some assistance is available from staff and volunteers. If you are in need of a great deal of assistance, please bring a care partner with you to the gym. They can exercise too!
