This group is open to all members, volunteers, or caregivers. We meet weekly to share, pray and laugh together while we witness prayers being answered weekly. It’s truly amazing! Standing balance class is intended for folks who are ambulatory, with or without walking aides. We work on lower extremity muscle strengthening, agility, coordination, and other balance exercises to improve confidence and balance. Email Kate at kborn1234@gmail.com with any questions.
