High intensity interval training (HIIT) body weight circuit class. Great for those who aren’t attending Friday morning bike rides and want to get their heart pumping! Seated balance class is open to any member who wishes to strengthen their upper body and core muscles while seated in a fun and challenging class. We use dumbbells or bands for added resistance. Email Kate at kborn1234@gmail.com with any questions.
Standing balance class is intended for folks who are ambulatory, with or without walking aides. We work on lower extremity muscle strengthening, agility, coordination, and other balance exercises to improve confidence and balance. Email Kate at kborn1234@gmail.com with any questions.
