    This is all done free of charge for MS patients to help them better themselves.

    Let’s have some fun!

    We all need to “Just Keep Moving”!  It doesn’t matter where we start.  We can start with laughing which is great exercise in itself.  Other than that, we start with the body parts that will move and keep moving them as much as we can.  Let them rest and then move them again.

    We are here to help you and anyone with MS…no strings attached (well maybe an occasional story about the progress you’re making, smile, high five or a hug).

    Training Dates: Thursdays, February 13 – March 19th (6 weeks) 

    10:00am – 11:30am 

    Format: 30 minute bike (same bikes as used in Dan’s gym). 

    This includes the time to transition to the track. 30 minute run/walk on indoor track 30 minute swim instruction 

    Bring: – Swimsuit (towels are provided) 

    – Swim goggles if possible – Biking shoes if you prefer them. SPD or Look clip-in supported. – Toiletries if you wish to shower afterward – Photo ID (required to obtain locker key) 

    Other info: Arrive at 9:45am & check in at the front desk. Head upstairs to 

    the cycle room. Ask for directions if needed. Easy elevator access. Training begins with biking at 10:00am. It’s OK if you can’t swim! Don’t let that stop you. Just be willing to let us help you get started. Volunteers are available every step of the way. They will help you get on & off the bike, walk with you, get in the water to hold you up and assist in the locker room.
