    The staff assists and give training advice in a fully equipped gym.  Here you will find a helpful staff, training suggestions and helpful prodding for when you get lazy.

    This is all done free of charge for MS patients to help them better themselves.

    Tuesday Night Live Online

    Join us for 9 weeks of online live yoga classes every Tuesday night.

    Class will last approximately one hour and will be held from March 24th -May 19th.

    5:30 pm Central Time: Chair Yoga

    6:45 pm Central Time: Gentle Yoga on the Mat

    You must be on Facebook. Once you enroll by paying for the class you will be sent an email to a private Facebook page and the classes will broadcast live on Tuesday evenings. The videos will then be posted and available anytime for you to view so no worries if you can’t make the exact time. The videos will be available until September 1st, 2020.

    Cost is $40 per class.
