Training Dates: Thursdays, February 13 - March 19th (6 weeks)Â
10:00am - 11:30amÂ
Format: 30 minute bike (same bikes as used in Dan’s gym).Â
This includes the time to transition to the track. 30 minute run/walk on indoor track 30 minute swim instructionÂ
Bring: - Swimsuit (towels are provided)Â
- Swim goggles if possible - Biking shoes if you prefer them. SPD or Look clip-in supported. - Toiletries if you wish to shower afterward - Photo ID (required to obtain locker key)Â
Other info: Arrive at 9:45am & check in at the front desk. Head upstairs toÂ
the cycle room. Ask for directions if needed. Easy elevator access. Training begins with biking at 10:00am. It’s OK if you can’t swim! Don’t let that stop you. Just be willing to let us help you get started. Volunteers are available every step of the way. They will help you get on & off the bike, walk with you, get in the water to hold you up and assist in the locker room.Â
